My friend tells me that jugs are going to skyrocket - he is buying on max and his clan i also.

He wants to get like 1M jugs then manipulate the price of them to go to around 100 GP ea then buy a p hat with them..

No, it's stupid to manipulate the prices of items no one buys, It makes sense for Rune Plates, Lobsters, etc. But even if you can somehow make the price of jugs skyrocket, without Jagex noticing, no one buys them so you won't make a profit.
