    I provide all the screenshots day after day. And 2 days ago this order was finalized and check that everything was in the acc.

    Today he has written to me that he has taken the avernic

    @Shockingly could you confirm that the order was completed but the defender was taken the two days afterwards of completion of the order? If this is so, ultimately @RUNGOLD can't be held liable as the password to the account should have been changed upon completion of the order. Because it is unknown who actually removed the defender from the account

    Rungold had indeed said it was completed friday two days prior. However I was not available until I messaged him two days later to even see it. I can show that I had not sent s discord message in this time as well.

    Immediately upon finding it I contacted him and wrote this post as well. There would be no reason for me to remove my own avernic as all I am requesting is that it is replaced.

    As you say you have no reason to remove your own avernic, @RUNGOLD himself could also say he has no reason either. He wouldn't gain anything from it, as it has no trade value afterwards. I'm sorry but the service was completed as he sent you screenshots of the confirmation and due to you not being available never checked the account within the two days, it's unsure on what exactly happened.
