Looking for a free 3-D model maker

I have been searching Google for a free model maker, but I can't find a good one that I like. Does anyone know of any good FREE ones that are up for downloading?

 

For what sort of models?
Runescape models?:O

The best one Ive used is the AddOn called Shape3D. You can get it by downloading paint.net and in the forums downloading 'Shape3D' add on.

 

Google Sketchup.. Easy to use/easy to pick up.

 

If you're looking to do 3d modeling/animation Blender is really the only free program worth considering. The UI has a really steep learning curve compared to the commercial 3d programs though (Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4d).

 

( Google Sketchup ) Would be the best to use, We use it at school aswell, for 3D stuff, fast and very easy to pick up, as nathan said. And very easy to dowload.
