    Meet your Meat.

Hey everyone, just thought I'd show you how your meat is prepared.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIjanhKqVC4

It's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I mean, how can you treat animals so cruelly when there living creatures just like us. This shows why vegetarians don't eat meat.

Give your thoughts on this. Hope you think twice before you eat meat.

That stuff does not happen. I hate when these people try to make it so much worse than it really is. Animals die they can not use the meat. If an animal is sick like they say they are means they can not be proccesed. Half these lame videos are filmed in the 60's. Not to mention USDA has to check everything before it can go through to anything. So if anything those stupid peta "investigators" (that don't really know shit) need to stop blaming the wrong people.

I prefer my steak blue. Really get a feel for the animal.

Animals eat other animals in the wild, so really we could be saving some animal if you think about it ;)

Well, I am going into town now and I am going to have a Burger from Burger King. :)

Although I eat meat - and others who do so probably agree with me - that they probably couldn't work in a slaughter house, nor could they work in an area where they can observe animals suffering, no matter how intensely.

Now, those who can work with meat are probably lacking empathy in comparison to those who couldn't.

I agree with Cfrey in that the majority of these videos and said customs are related to the past, but I also feel that they probably do occur in some places today. There are some people who really are carefree when dealing with animals - to them, they really are simply flesh and blood. These people disregard their sentience and ability to feel pain, as they regard them as goods. Nothing more, and nothing less.
