How they scammed:
Botted. Also hasn't offered to refund me what I paid.

As you can see in the screenshots he brings up he was hacked before coming to me for a service. In the last two screenies, I give a pretty brief scenario of pretty much everything that could have happened leading up to his macroing major ban. (his account being hacked and suicide botted and recieving a delay ban *permanent*)

-side note or case#2: he is a $50 donor literally 2 days after joining sythe and sold a near comp pletionist acc about a week in and also had this other extremely rare HCIM in his inventory that he also has currently listed to sell (why would you come to get services--which was originally done so he could train farming using the seeds from training theiving at master farmer-- done on an acc you want to get rid of, there's literally no value in it. AS i alsostated above, he had already (conveniently) drop traded a tbow before he was *hacked*, his bank in his account thread still has 77m left in it. Incase im new here, if someone wanted to clear an account... they would have cleared it.

 

lastly, because I kind of went off topic, the reason him becoming a $50 donor is relevant, is because as we all know, here on sythe, donor status=newer consumers to the market throwing their banks at you because they deem you trustworthy.

If this case isnt enough to get him dnt'd, then the comp acc he sold eventually being recovered will.

 

The hacker was on there for 20 mins tops. But regardless, that was 2 weeks ago. What's more likely, a random "delay" ban, or you botting Thieving and it being banned instantly?

---- and if there are any experienced users familiar with RS ban mechanics, say hypothetically it was botted for thieving, the account would have received at max a 2 day temp ban, given its ingame history as an HCIM and the fact that it's had no prior offenses. (also stated above in the last two screenshots he provdided)

I would have agreed with you, I would have thought if I was botting thieving, 2 day ban would have been agreeable. I even showed in the thread where I was selling it a clear history of offences.

But nobody knows this for a fact? People just assume because higher levelled accounts often get 2 day bans rather than a straight perm. Jagex will perm ban whoever they want.

I mean there's no proof, but it was blatantly him. Ordered a service of thieving and 12 hours later it's banned? What are the chances. But whatever, I get it. He gave me the GP back for the service.
