Explanation of the trade: OSRS Gold for Account
Amount scammed: 235M that I paid for - then I sold it to @SodaGold and it was recovered off of him for 176M which was my sale price from me at the time.
How they scammed: The account was recovered - in my sale post @MercyflServant was listed as Original Owner.

I've tried contacting @MercyflServant and still haven't heard anything from him. If this falls on me, then so be it - but I'm not the one who recovered the account.

@Excrutions it follows the chain of responsibility, which begins with you. You can't sell unsafe accounts while taking no responsibility. You sold this account here:
RIGOUR\AUGURY\ELITE VOID\DS2 1700+ TOTAL and it's been recovered within the week. You will need to issue a refund to @SodaGold or return the account back to him. Normally we would then ask you to make a report on the OO if you believe they recovered the account, which you've already done here.

@Gladiator I told @SodaGold if it were to fall on me I’d issue a refund of the full amount. When I’m on my computer I’ll post screenshots of our chat. I had stated to @SodaGold itd be a while due to the fact I just moved across country and I need to get back on my feet.

I have been talking with Excrutions through discord, and he has agreed to pay me back.

Instead of paying me back 176m, we have struck a deal for him to do 44-85 mining, on one of my accounts, to completely cover the loss of the money.

The buyer can confirm it is the account, as he paid 120$ for it - his discord is memori#9037 - uid - 97135415588311040
