    Then you report the post or pm, for a reason that's irrelevant, and you don't even deal with the scamming issue.

    LOL, i'm talking to you via te dispute forum on paypal, and you asked me if i want a refund, i said yes btw. So please refund me, thanks a lot. Also, the rangers name is i r 0 n pwnz correct? How else would i know that unless i bought the account, i also have the payment down in my paypal account. Seriously, people aren't stupid, 3 people now accusing you of being a scammer, report this as spam, but i'd rather get banned than see you get another of penny of someone elses hard earned cash. So refund me pl0x. The fact you use a MM doesn't mean you're legit, the MM can only do so much, theycan't stop you from stealing accounts back. Also if anyone buys his range tank (which i doubt they will now, cos i bet he says he sold it) please post its name on here. I 100% guarentee it's called i r 0 n pwnz. Check hi-scores on RS and compare stats. Also the account had nothing on it before, 74k if that, i got 3m put onto the account. GF 'Legit'AccountSeller.
