200M Ish owed from constantgp

Constantgp was very pushy with me training, i was on this account a fair bit.
I went from 82-91 agility on his account.
I was told i'd get 110gp/xp at end, or 75% off that if not fully completed, so i'd get 75% of 3.48m xp
This is near 200m i think.
I can send proof, i sent most levels and he spoke alot.
Also was 1b on the account at once. I didn't touch it and have proof of him saying so.
To finish off i got the Agility Pet too during the agility.

I did all the way to 91, and didn't receive anything. I paid a 60m deposit from the 120m paid too so i only got 60m.
This was 120m from crafting on the same account.
I was told i'd get 75% of all the work I did if i did not get 99.
The original price was 1080m for 99.

The 75%, i have not got.

I wasn't on for 2 days, this was due to a monitor issue but sorted this out 2 days later.
I was never told if i abandon i'd get nothing and i apparently got nothing for not doing anything for 2 days.
I feel I should be entitled to 200m as i paid him 60m, and did 84-91 + got a pet.
If any new proof is needed, let me know.

 

Sure, he is owed 60m deposit back assuming he quits - instead he decided to abandon so I had to hire someone else, offering more gp/xp so it could actually get done and ticket taken sooner. It's still not done and still needs done.
From what I'm told he was DNT'd/banned because he couldn't finish an order in time, and here he is doing the exact same thing here - was also fired from other workers because of the same thing - yet here is doing the same thing and asking for money whilst doing it.

Can give back that deposit, I guess. His account was also getting xp while he was ignoring me for 5 days while hired.

I guess a deposit is still better than nothing but yeah i did stop for 2 days, i admit that but there was no T.o.s

 

I did all the order myself, i might have gotten on before / after without saying but it was all done by by mouse

@harrylolxd has received 73M 07 (60M of which was his deposit, 13M pet bonus) but has done 2.95m worth of Agility exp which harry claims was originally valued at 107 gp/xp. However, I do not see any evidence to prove this number is correct, so we will be using the 75gp/xp rate provided by @constantgp above which totals to 221M 07.

If you have a TOS that would challenge this amount (late delivery, cancel service fine, etc) please provide evidence of this @constantgp

 

With this he accepted 73m to call everything even - Seems like a bait and switch, similar to someone buying something from me then me ramping up the price once he has already paid me (against the rules).


Him still trying to squeeze more from me, constantly trying to negotiate to STILL work for me after-the-fact.

Him offering 35 gp/xp as a replacement rebuttal.


This just seemed relevant.

I have even decided to give him a chance of rehire once I'm paid what I'm owed, using a Staff middleman (preferred Video since he has done MM's for me before and I trust him) and sell my other names that I have and don't want that have been pending sale because of Assassin having my funds on hold.
Offer is still on the table even though he is WELL known to abandon what is three (in total) assignments with his suggested schedule:

As another state to my figure once I saw he to be 2 week banned I vouched for his character in attempts to state I do not think he deserved the ban - I'm sure Staff can still see such so I'm not out here to screw him or anyone over.

 

I did say i'd do half the price, but the price was 1080m for 82-99 I realised i did 82-91 rather than 84-91 as the name was different.
I can do it for 55gp/xp flat all of it.
91-99 For 540m. I will only do this if it is paid to Video which he said he trusts.
If not, there was no tos sent to me, not trying to be unfair but just saying the truth
I'd say 50% is really fair.

 

The 60M he was paid was his deposit for the service, this isn't payment for the service at all (And this would be returned after completion anyway). I asked for a TOS regarding this entire service but one hasn't been provided. In your discussions with him you mention for being late he gets 100M less, yet I don't see this being stated before his service anywhere.

Services need to have clear terms when being set up, cases like these especially make a point. His acceptance of the "payment" can be attributed to the arm-twisting he was receiving throughout the service. Late or completely cancelling the service, he is owed for the work he completed.

 

The 221M 07 has been repaid through the funds that @Assassin was holding from middle-manning for @constantgp.
