The Right Age To Have Sex?

No matter how ready you are,you won't be as mature as you are when you're 18 and then you got to face all the responsibilities,being ready for sex is no where near being fully grown up and independent.

 

Just because they are 18 doesn't necessarily mean they are "mature".

 

I know,but i'm pretty sure they would be considered so and they have to live with the fact that they are grown up enough to face the consequences.

 

You would still have to face the consequences at any other age.

"When you're ready" pretty much imply all of that.
Also, it's not like it's hard to use a condom.

 

Condoms are by no way 100% safe,and you got to be ready from all the sides not just ready to have sex.

 

Since when did I say you didn't have to be ready from "all the sides"?
If you don't trust condoms enough, you can always have her go on the pill aswell.
I'm so tired with people thinking "Sex = Children" no matter what.

girl can get pregnant on the pill as well. im not saying when she misses a day then she has sex that week. if a girl takes it everyday same time a day she still is risking pregnancy when the guy doesnt wear a condom...

Ha Ha, 11 year olds having sex? that's a funny thought! I think 18+ for sure and I think that in most cases you should wait until you are engaged or married.

Everyone on this thread just basically state the same thing over and over. Well I am Christian, and a strong believer. I do believe that premarital sex is unorthodox and corrupts society. Sexually Transmitted Diseases will be an epidemic, an uncontrollable, inevitable catastrophe. Sex should only be permitted to those who are "ready" for sex. Sex is no joke, and has many serious consequences. Sex has many effects such as dramatic issues with partners, STD's, rape, sexual affairs, and many other issues that may be dealt with severely. My personal beliefs obviously differ greatly with others, however, these are simply my beliefs and my life revolves around them. I consider sex an opportunity and a "special moment" that should only be shared with your life partner, your spouse. However, for those of you who do engage in sexual activity with another person, condoms and safe sex practice is a must. Diseases are not a joke, I'm sure nobody would like a deformed penis. I'm not saying I'm a little angel, I am 16 years old and I plan on keeping my virginity for the right woman. I do not assure myself that I will not have sex before I am married, they are just beliefs and morals that my parents standardize for me as a son. I do have a girlfriend, but my expectations from her do not have to do with anything further than oral sex. =]

Anyone who cant support there bills or thereselves shouldnt bring a child into this earth.

 

Personally I think 17+ because it is a big responsibility, if the condom breaks, or something goes wrong and you have a baby, it could really fuck up your life

 

Your learn sex ed when you are 15, so you have a good idea of what to do.
