[Guide] How to get easy Wi-Fi Access Anywhere!

so you could use this on a desktop just a cpu mouse keyboard and screen and get wi-fi? like no usb range finder or whatever?

 

If you don't have the hardware, this won't work.

im on a toshiba laptop, wireless switch is on, and obv i am connected using the windows connection manager while typing this... so what is the problem? some one please give a quick answer =[

Make sure you inform people that using other networks is at their own risk:
Public Wi-fi is exactly what it is. Public.
I would recommend not going to important sites where info submission is required, like Paypal. (Sythe would be fine, though.)

Yea i was pretty sketchy when I read the description.

I dont pickup any Wi-Fi. (not cause we're technically behind in alaska) but i'm in a very smallfuck village.

 

I like this very much. has helped a bit on projects and stuff when travelling.

It's not going to work if the networks it find are encrypted ...... All this is, is a scanner that has had a makeover.

 

Does anyone know if this can work for any other WiFi enabled electronics, such as PSP's, SmartPhones etc.

 

Excuse my necromancy, but I've been using the program and it works great

It is *obviously* not a replacement for hardware; you still need wireless chips, durr...It's not a broadband card either, durr...it obviously doesn't crack the network's password for you, durr...but some people just don't get it.

What it does do is find networks that Windows Default connection manager simply does not find, because that SOFTWARE is dumb. So, it's basically if you're annoyed at windows connection manager, you can get a more reliable and effective one.
