Hello, Sythe.

Here is a new proposal I believe should be made.

Scamming

As we all know, scamming continuously happens day after day. This scamming seems to be quite repetitive and relies on all of the Mods / Admins to deal with the scammers who exist.

Mods / Admins do not work on Sythe for money, but merely work on their own time for free, offering their beloved service unto you.

However, people seem to abuse the time of the Staff.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN ABUSE THEIR TIME?

I mean, I see a lot of scammer threads who don't even have any evidence of scamming. The report is just useless and the user has not even read the Rules on the Sticky.

Quite annoying, eh?

For this, the one who has reported should receive 1-2 Infraction Points, in my opinion.

Also, I believe Infraction Points should be given to those whom have been scammed.

When a User on Sythe is banned for scamming, the person who has been scammed should receive 1 Infraction Point as well.

I believe this because the person had neglected the use of a MM, or did not attempt to be more intelligent in their transaction to repel scamming. As a result, the person was scammed. In this, the one who had been scammed is only promoting more and more scamming.

If those who are scammed are infracted, people may be more thoughtful of using a MM for all transactions.

I agree with Finn though, and isn't the loss of whatever was stolen from them enough?

 

This is a stupid idea. Why infract people who've been scammed?

 

And people think my idea for scamming is idiotic.

Why punish those who get scammed? Thats just a bit..ridiculous

 

My health book says, "Rape is always the attackers fault." which means "Scamming is always the scammers fault."....

 

Wahaha, lets imprison them for a month so they can be:idea: raped again in prison.

Thats doing a double take. Anyway, that means MORE time for the staff, to read, delete, then infract.
