Halloween event?

Are they having a halloween event this year? im not sure they had one this year can anyone tell me if they did or not? will be appreciated

 

tuesday it will come out aka in a couple hours...if it doesnt then no event which is doubtful

 

i hope it comes out soon... becuz they usually do events like a week or couple of days b4 the holiday is about to come.. thanks vectors... does anyone know exactly when i will come out?

 

Bullshit, there is a two week process in-between each major update.
Read the entire future update Runescape forums, it should be out
on the 28th 8:30 GMT, who the fuck knows, it's not coming until Wensday-Friday.
