Born Live, suspicious scammer

He didn't actually scam me, but it's obvious that if he has 2 paypals, 1 credit card funded, 1 bank card funded that he could send 140 to his bank card funded paypal then use that to pay me so he could claim & cancel.

Here's an example of the scam he tried on me:
Paypal A = Credit card funded
Paypal Z = My paypal
Paypal A sends Paypal Z $140 and the persons complete their trade.
The next day Paypal A claims 140 dollars back from Paypal Z leaving them with their balance -140. (Could leave you in debt)
He started acting weird and then he went offline. (Blocked me).

IF YOUR GONNA TRADE HIM ONLY ACCEPT CLAIM & CANCEL, WE ALL KNOW THAT IF THEY ARE CREDIT CARD FUNDED THEY CAN TAKE BACK THE MONEY.
