What should I go with?

I have two rune pure accounts but I don't know which to make member and train.

Melee based (Currently Member):
60 atk
83 str
45 def
31 pray
(rest is low)

Ranged based:
60 atk
70 str
45 def
44 pray
83 range
70 mage

Which one should I train and use for pvp, I'm thinking the melee of more of a bounty hunter than pvp, and the ranged for pvp. What do you think? And anyone wants I can post pics.

 

with melee you can just 1 item.
