GET SRL
NOTE: srl is the brain of scar, it gets updated as REV, and every couple of month there will be a new and better one.
To install SRL the NORMAL way.
download this
http://subversion.tigris.org/files/documents/15/39559/svn-1.4.5-setup.exe
and install it.
once your done, open scar.
Tools>Option>(First, go to both fire wall setting and make it "allow all", you might have to do this every time when you reopen scar if your computer is shit)>SRL Download>Subversion Repository/Move plug in>check out.
there should be a Dos looking like menu opend.

The easy way.
The current SRL as of the day this post is made is srl4 rev28.

SRL 4 REV28 contains the fix for smart and smart.dll so no need to post the fix.


The smart isn't blocking 100% of the time, so don't bother using it.
reflection is broken until future notice.
FAWG is not working too.

the reason why it thinks its trjoan probably is because scar is programmed in delphi, which is the language of virus and crack

 

This doesn't fix smart. And can you maby include some pictures and change the lay out? It's kinda confusing.
