exp to level a skill increases by what?

For level 2 you need 83 exp
for lvl 99 you need 13,034,431

Does anyone know what the formula or relation is for how much exp is required for a level?

I'm pretty sure it increase by a certain percentage value but not 100% certain.

Wrong... On some forum someone calculated XP for like level 130...

 

I was making an excell sheet. but excell only allows 64 brackets. I wasn't looking for an exp chart. I was looking for a formula so I didn't have to type out the maximum of 64 IF functions. I hope jagex didn't just pick random numbers there must be some formula or relation. I did some searches for one but came up empty handed. If anyone knows what it is please share your knowledge.
