Ok.. Im not sure but i took on what Bbri said about C4Ds making them look "part" of the signature.. So ive attempted with this..

The second one is taking on Haunted's advice and using his effect c4ds

C&C and Rate please ^_^

 

Try to use some of my effect c4d's in the resource section set them to lighten that works best, erase stuff you don't like.

You can edit the c4d's colors by going to image -> adjust -> hue saturnation

i like the second one a lot better cause its like hes making like a fire ball in his hand lololol

 

I like the 2nd one, as the cd4 across the face is very effective, and you got it to blend in and not make it over the top.

2nd one is better but erase the c4ds from the marios face..

 

i think the mustache on the first one should be implemented into the second one..

 

Its exactly the same.. The only difference is that the C4D is covering the moustache, and it would look wierd if the C4D was taken away from just the moustache. If you were to take the C4D completely away from the face it would look empty..

i made that like 2 years ago lol

but when placing c4ds BE SURE to make sure they don't overlay the render unless it is blended, in your forum signature it is over his face and makes it look messy

 

Good start and i like your render choice but there are some things you need to work on.

hmmm the background looks like a gradient with a smudged render. The c4d messes up the flow instead of creates flow. Try and incorporate a c4d that flows more with the sig. Erase the c4d over his face. Try using a stock as a background, somtimes its easier to get nice effects. Also the render is a lil big. And as you get better you might want to try to add in lighting.
