What do you mean by "Moderator Guide"? You mean a guide that can help increase your chances of beeing a mod on rs? Well out of the millions of people out there i highly doubt what ever you do will gain you mod, but what you can do is get your friend on diff accounts to spamm gold websites and just report him, get friendly with the mods, make your runescape account look good i,e good outfit.
