    It is just some features like Smart and some SRL versions as far as I've been told.

    yes it is...
    the fix camed out 1 day after rs update, just not official srl.
    offical srl came out couple day ago.

    reflection isn't updated. and smart is partly broken, even after the fix.

    SCAR has always been running. SMART and Reflections dont work but some scripts dont use those *cough*Basicut*cough* so not a big deal.
