    I Basically want to know what the best gear would be to PC in.

    I have 5mil/ish to spend and am level 100

    Defense level? That could depend on Barrows items, otherwise, everyone has given you a basic zerk pure setup.

    I wear this, and I get around 50K per hour at the Novice Boat and 70K per hour at the Intermediate Boat.
