Buying 99 woodcutting/fishing account!

I am buying a Runescape account with 99 woodcutting OR 99 fishing. They must have members, or they can have F2P but with the cape and hood equipped. I am buying with US Dollars and yes I am using mail. Post here and add my MSN, but you must post your offer, too! I almost forgot: YES, I am going first.
