Yes, you do need your PayPal Verified for RS Members.

another way better way to get verified, put adress somewhere in singapore find the right zip code, not actually verified but you dont need to be verified to pay

Maybe rephrase it a little bit? Because you have to have your own address correct.

Agreed, I would give 6/10 also, needs pictures as people don't like reading stuff when its full text, also pictures are better for backing up your explanation.
