nice guide, but training in bandits is good with 90 def+ and good armour or prayer

 

what about using guthans instead of food? it works better for me.

Would you need waterskins because you are in the desert and you can die of thirst?

nah, if u take the carpet u dont need waterskins, coz u arent uot in the desert long enough for the effect to take effect. and in the camp it doesnt affect you

 

Bandits are ok, but i prefer slayer and other things

just a question, but why did u bring noted food?

 

You sell the noted food to the general store and buy it back so its not noted .

All bandits are soo crowded. But if you find a good world, I guess they're OK.

 

yeah thats true, i hate it how its so crowded, but lately they have been dying down, the last 4 times ive been there i didnt even have to hop, there was a spot for me =]

 

agh TBH hate bandits with a buring passion i got 99 att 99 def and 99 hp there and i have killed over 100k of em i HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE THEM!!!

 

Not true. With high def you don't need prayer pots (why would having prayer pots speed up your training???? The fastest (strength) experience possible is to to wear full bandos, neitz, d boots, fury, barrows gloves, and sara sword (for attack or defense replace ss with obby shield and whip or dfs)
