Story : he was buying league of legends accounts and did not inform users he would not be the one sending me money and instead that it would be the buyer who he finds, ended up getting chargeback 59 euro because of this.

First of all, the situation you are bringing up happened 2 years ago. I don't offer that service anymore nor have ever advertised it on Sythe so we should be discussing it on the other forum if at all.

The service in question was a reselling service in which I offered to find buyers for sellers accounts. It was explicitly stated that the customers would be paying you directly and for that reason it was recommended that you are the original owner of the account to secure yourself from fraud in case of an unjustified dispute.

The thing about elitepvpers is that you are unable to make disputes there, hence I am making it here, a forum you are also registered on.

The time when it happened should not have relevance, and you not offering the service anymore. Terrible argument.

I was not warned at all, even now your terms of service which you could of potentially put after that incident are hidden behind a spoiler and barely visible.

I'd like for a mod to assess the situation and make the decision

That's not bribe, as mentioned I do understand that the situation was frustrating for you but ultimately what happened wasn't under my influence.

The thread clearly explained what was being offered. It was a reselling service where I find customers for you that will send the money directly to your PayPal email. Thus, I warned in it that it's recommended that the seller is the original owner of the account to be able to get it back in case of fraudulent claims. As far as I remember you said that since the account was cracked you are not able to recover it.

I did not buy the account from you myself, that's not what took place.

 

As this occurred on an off-site forum, you'll have to dispute this there. Sythe staff are not going to adjudicate disputes for other platforms here. Moreover, disputes need to be made in a timely manner assuming they took place on Sythe.
