Barrows Gloves service Scammed by Goldindeed

Explain the service: I payed him 125$ to get me Barrows Gloves from scratch and he said he could do it in 2 weeks for that price! Started on August 8th and was going to finish on August 22th, but failed. Then he said he was going to do on the next day or two, once again failed.. We once again, arranged for him to do till the end of the month. When the deadline came, i asked him about the service and he has ignoring me since!

If mods can give me a price to refund i am willing to pay np as i don't know when i am able to play consistently again.

 

The skills needed to complete are not even half way, the hardest quests are yet to be done and there were several non finished deadlines .. almost 1 wasted month wainting for the completion of the service. These must be considered for a fair refund
