~75 Ranged +/-
40 Defence
50 Attack + 60 Strength =OR= 1 Attack 1 Strength
25 Mage =OR= 1 Mage.
A skill like 60 woodcutting or 60 fishing to make some money.
Around 500k cash and some basic ranged gear.

Does it have to be 70 Range + ? I got one with 67 Ranged and has 1.7m no hter skill.
