Belly scammer

Ok heres the info. I was buying gold, i went to his thread and he said selling 15m. so i add him on msn. and i send him money and now he wont give me gold. and he still has the money and then he said on his thread that he is not selling anymore.. and he wont give my money back. heres pics of msn and paypal.
I HAVE THE BROWN TEXT, HE HAS THE BLACK TEXT!!















now he blocked me on msn and everything.
here is the proof i did cancel the claim. if i didnt cancel, then the "invalid action" or w.e wudnt show up because it means i did cancel.





ALSO!! HE WAS SUPPOSED TO SELL TO ME, I SENT HIM MONEY AND EVERYTHING. BUT HE STILL SOLD TO A DIFFERENT GUY!! trading with more than 1 person at once with the same items??
