rs getting ddosed?

maybe, just maybe, someone has devoloped a syipkpker for RS!

 

Wtf its saying you account hasnt't logged out from its last session wtf? i know this happened before and i freaked when the server resets this happens i think.

doubt they are getting Ddosed... alot of safety in jagex.
probobly just some problems with new server's etc.

A DDOS Attack is when too many users visit the target site which crashes the servers since the servers cant handle that many visitors.

JaGeX can't be DDoS'ed, as DDOS is just sending a lot of packets from a lot connections, like a Botnet or "SYI".

Jagex, has a block set up for that, if it gets 5 of the same packets that are out of the norm [aka, 5 Wrong Passwords], it will deny you from using that, unless some Uber Hacker found many open ports, and flushed them with a backdoor and shot packets up Jagex's ass.

Which is garunteed DIDNT happen. All that did happen is probably another server crash, like back in august or july, when their ISP went awall.

 

You could try DDosing Jagex, but the thing is...they can sue you, says in the terms. So you'd be a fucking idiot, and anyway, they have hundreds of servers...

 

Read what I said, and, all of their servers run through a Hub, which is one server, that controls all.

 

You're stupid as hell if you could honestly believe an online game with hundreds of thousands of subscribing users could get DDOSed. I'll leave it to you to figure out why.

OF COURSE they have been 'attacked' before. But none of them have been successful for more than a few seconds.
