Me vs wagwannadon

Alright this is a long story, but let me get started.

It all started with this thread http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=457123 where wagwannadon was buying rsgp for 2$ ea. I agreed on msn to sell him 340M for 2$ ea for a total of 680$. I gave him access to my account to make the transfer, which he did within the same day. Now he promised to transfer the money via Western Union in a few days.

Days turned into weeks. He then offered me to send it via mail, saying that it would go faster (makes no sense right?), which I categorically refused, as it is NOT allowed to send cash via mail to Estonia. Now the next day he asks me for my address, which I gave him, thinking that it was for the WU transfer (I had not done a WU trade before) and he promised to send the money the next day. Then the next day he said shocked me saying he had posted the mail! Why did the do that? He thought we had agreed on mail transfer, because I gave him my address. How the hell could he have misunderstood the part where I said NO MAIL? Ok anyway I accepted this, because the mail was already on its way. However after over a month now it has not arrived and it is more than doubtful that it ever will. Moreover he sent the mail via unsecure untrackable method with no return address, while he should have used the "International Signed For" or "Airsure" for such a important letter as that was. So he has no proof whatsoever of sending that mail or any chance to get it returned to him in case it was sent back from here, because it wasn't allowed. In addition he claimed to have sent a significant amount of cash less than we agreed on (around 55£ less), which he a couple of weeks! later finally sent me via WU, but that is all I have received for all of the mils he got from me.

Now I'm not saying that he scammed me, I believe that he did actually send the money, but it may have got lost or rejected by the toll. But the fact remains I have not received any money other than the 55£ via WU. I also proposed a solution for this problem, because I understand his position too having lost such a big sum (he claimed to have sent 300£). I proposed that I could accept a smaller amount for the mils if he sent it again via WU this time, only 150£ for ending this deal. He however refuses, arguing I could have received the money and be simply lying. Now I see this possibility, but it is in fact his responsibility to have proof of sending the cash via secure method (not via mail that I didn't even agree on) and to be able to guarantee the safe arrival of it.

Lately he is also not really committing to solving this problem and I last heard from him 3 days ago (however he is still trading via the forum). So I guess this is now where you Sythe admins come into play and decide what should be done. [EDIT] Just spoke to him and added the logs of the conversation.

Here are all the msn logs I have. Unfortunately I didn't think to start recording them from the start. Wag was a highly trusted member after all. However the logs should contain enough information to be reliable proof. I also have the first conversation where we agreed on the deal and I gave him my info, in plain text, but that probably isn't of much importance. Please ask if something remains unclear or when you need some info, instead of dismissing the case.
