Never tried this ! Need some verification !

 

The guide is very badly wirtten, but does it basically say that you call yourself to see what the phone's number is and then use the public phone to buy pins? Because that's pretty obvious; there isn't really a reason it wouldn't work.

 

Yes, this does work

But, it is unnecessary to call your house and write down the phone number because once you have the code, just click the "already have pin, redeem here" button right next to the php option.

do you have to input the number your calling from on the subcription form or can you just ring the number and get the pin???

every one who try to do this will get banned.

phone can be force to refunded, and when that happens, jagex will remove credit from your account, and if your account is on "negitve" credit, you'll be banned until you get more subscription

 

Best way is a random payphone.

 

basically its stealing so the pins would backfire and ppl would get negative credit on their account

Yes, this actually works very well i have gotten at least 5 pins by doing this.
