99hp and no cb stats is imposable unless you play for like.. 8000 more years.

One guy got 60 def through lamps took him 9 months (cb 18)
60 - 273k exp
99 - 13m exp

if you were to level through lamps at the same speed as this guy
it would only take you 428 months

You can't PC because you need a certain level.

Lamping your way to 99 is INSANE, but not impossible. I can't remember the name but someone did this for a defence pure. He got all the way to 60 defence with 10 hp.

 

please dont post pc....... for liek 3rd time but anyways ima just go for 99 slayer because if i never get 99hp and i get it up id just be a noobish skiller with out level 3 cb
