Well, I guess you've come here to learn a little bit about Billy.

I joined Sythe.Org November 2007, mainly because I played RuneScape. I really wanted to get to be a trusted MM, so my first post was my MM application.

The story behind my username:

I originally wanted my username to be "Billy" because that's my real life name but I couldn't get it. My alternative name was just to add an extra 'y' on the end, and it seemed to work out. It stuck so I just kept it. I believe there is still a member named "Billy" registered right now.

I really had no idea what I was doing, but some people helped me out. For example, if you look under my name, you will see "Daily's Lover." This is here because, Daily was one of the first people I made a connection with when I first came to Sythe. We hit it off really well, but I won't go into detail about that.

I quit RuneScape at the end of 2007, and I may have dabbled in it here and there.

I am also a struggling GFX artist. Sometimes I like the outcomes of my work, sometimes I just want to close PhotoShop without saving. >_<

As for my personal life:

I live in Vermont, next to my two best friends. I don't have my license because I haven't really seen a need to.

I go to school, and I'm a senior. I am 17 years old.

I like to play my Xbox 360, and mainly I play Call of Duty 4. I usually play in my free time, or when I'm trying to avoid homework. I'm always up for a game or two, so hit me up. My GamerTag is in my signature.

I guess you could say I "habitually smoke marijuana cigarrettes" like the Sublime song, because I do enjoy smoking the herb.

I'm a pretty nice guy if you get to know me, although I don't want to listen to your "small talk."

I'm about 5'10, 130lbs. I look older in real life, and these pictures were taken a while ago.

It's Ecuadorian face paint from some weird fruit. Everyone had their faces painted like that.

Not in Vermont, it's perfectly legal to be high and to smoke it, it is illegal to have a certain amount on you. Or possession. For people that are 18 and older http://norml.org/index.cfm?wtm_view=&Group_ID=4568 that applies.

 

Having the possession of it is also against the Federal Law of the US. However, it is legal under the State Law in California. So, if you're even carrying it, or found with it, it's against the fed. law. :|

I've been doing it for about a year. I'm Fourteen and about halfway done with my freshman year. I started about 2 month's after the start of 8th grade. ;D

Exactly what i'm talking about, It's legal under the State law. It's kind of like alchohol, you can have a certain amount, however if you drive high, or have above the certain amount, the same consequences as alchohol apply.

However, it's only legal because of medical reasons;

State of Vermont Legalizing MEDICAL MJ: "Medical marijuana: This state has medical marijuana laws enacted. Modern research suggests that cannabis is a valuable aid in the treatment of a wide range of clinical applications. These include pain relief, nausea, spasticity, glaucoma, and movement disorders. Marijuana is also a powerful appetite stimulant and emerging research suggests that marijuana's medicinal properties may protect the body against some types of malignant tumors, and are neuroprotective."

The Act: Senate Bill 76 became law without Gov. James Douglas' signature on May 26, 2004. The law takes effect on July 1, 2004. The law removes state-level criminal penalties on the use, possession and cultivation of marijuana by patients diagnosed with a "debilitating medical condition." Patients diagnosed with the following illnesses are afforded legal protection under this act: HIV or AIDS, cancer, and Multiple Sclerosis. Patients (or their primary caregiver) may legally possess no more than two ounces of usable marijuana, and may cultivate no more than three marijuana plants, of which no more than one may be mature. The law establishes a mandatory, confidential state-run registry that issues identification cards to qualifying patients.

AMENDMENTS: Yes.

Senate Bill 7, which took effect on JULY 1, 2007, expands the definition of "debilitating medical condition" to include: "(A) cancer, multiple sclerosis, positive status for human immunodeficiency virus, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, or the treatment of these conditions, if the disease or the treatment results in severe, persistent, and intractable symptoms; or (B) a disease, medical condition, or its treatment that is chronic, debilitating, and produces severe, persistent, and one or more of the following intractable symptoms: cachexia or wasting syndrome; severe pain; severe nausea; or seizures."

The measure also raises the quantity of medical cannabis patients may legally possess under state law from one mature and/or two immature plants to two mature and/or seven immature plants. Senate Bill 7 also amends state law so that licensed physicians in neighboring states can legally recommend cannabis to Vermont patients.

Good part of having AIDS,Cancer,HIV,etc is you get to get high legally ;D
