[REQ] Defense Guide

Training defense on my main atm.. My def is 55 and i really have no idea where to train, and what to wear. Could someone post a guide to around 70 defense?

And i have around 15m to spend on armor and stuff, even though i probably cant wear anything expensive.

Main thing i am asking for is a place to train..

Well, because we don't know your other stats we can't really tell you where to train man.

You could go to Red spiders, or those deamons, will you should try ! we aint know what armour or supplies you have though xD

Giant spiders, 3rd floor (green one) of stronghold of security. Bring lobsters.

 

ankous....gret money makers since pking is up and ancients need blood and death runes wear the best armor you can and a ss or whip and swordies or monkfish either will work and just fight and eat when needed =D

Well, its going to be tough without 60 attack first. You can't honestly go around with barrows and be wielding a rune scimitar. Try training at experiments (though often crowded by pures) or doing slayer. Slayer will often fly by and so will your levels will fly too.
