Thats not the best one, i just did a quick search

 

One thing I don't suggest is using prayer a big waste. Just go with the def method but it requires bones to peaches and you can stay there until as long as you want, unless your using barrows xD

Also use mith or addy bolts.

 

So should I bring all prayer potions with 73 range + 75 defense, or food?

i saw a really good one at tipit.

bring a few p pots, if u want to stay longer bring bones to peaches.

 

oh, and something to add.

BUNYIPS are EXTREMELY usefull ( tank method only )

yes you need it.

 

no, you dont need it.. it just keeps the aviansies off of you. if you are praying the whole time, then it doesnt matter.. but if you are trying to save prayer, take it and turn off prayer every time you kill one and pick up the drop.

 

Or you can use broad-tipped if you have a slayer lvl of 55. It's cheaper than mith bolts and hits harder like addy bolts. (the new update to wield it made it cheaper to buy)
