    Banned during service.
    I have had a service done on my account a fairly substanial one over 80m
    When going to log into the account i have been perm banned for Major macroing.
    The service provider has offered a refund minus work done which personally and i have wait to here back from a appeal before i get a refund.

    I want to know where i stand here an i being impatient saying i dont want to wait etc?
    Im really angry about the whole situation.

    I dont want to report quiet yet as they are a very repatable service provider i just want some advice atm on what to do

    Do not give a single fuck if he's an admin/mod/normie/$10000 donor.. just do it.. It's your right. Your money. However if want to forgive him, then just don't submit a report.

    That's my advice.

    @JamesNerds - Jagex also ban accounts when there is an IP change and a lot of EXP gained after that. You should try to dispute the ban as being hacked and see if it can get quashed, i've seen a lot of people have this exact scenario happen and the ban is lifted.

    This isn't to say they didn't actually bot on your account, but it might get it back
