Explanation of the trade: Purchasing 7-day membership trials
Amount scammed: 24m (minus 1.5m for the account I registered)
How they scammed: Did not send every account I purchased, accounts had macro bans (not clarified), I was getting "permanent lock outs" when logging in, and he's refusing to refund me.

Hello,

I first purchased 15 7-day trials from the user Factivo here, I provided the runescape accounts and he put membership on all of them. Was all fine

I then went to purchase 16 more today, he said I didn't need to supply accounts and he'll give me his own. I agreed, I bought 16 @ 1.5m/ea, trading him 24m.

He then only have me 12 accounts, telling me to "wait" for the other 4, fine. He has yet to give those and that was 6 hours ago.

I was at work when i purchased them, i got home a few hours later.

I log into the first account, seemed okay.

Logged into the next account, was previously banned for botting, didnt even have membership, it was banned when i logged in as well.

I told him I don't want accounts that have been banned and asked for a refund to which he is refusing now. I told him he can change the passwords (i didn't change them) and sell to someone else or w/e he wants to do, i just want my gold back.

Either that or put trials on accounts I've made myself, he's refusing. Telling me that he'll "replace the ones that are banned", like no, i don't want these garbage accounts i'm sorry.

You did not clarify they had previous macro bans, some dont even have members on them, didn't even give me the full amount of accounts that i purchased

Mods, I can provide proof these accounts are junky and our chat logs.

I logged into 2 accounts, 1 i registered my email, he can keep the gold from that one, the other one was banned.

You can change the passwords dude, what do you mean lost privacy. I don't have access to the emails you made them with. I just want a refund and you're refusing to do it.

I clearly have no interest in these level 3's with macro offenses, once you change the passwords on them i cant access them anyway. You can keep the gold from the one I did register an email with like i already said. I want a refund for the other 15 crappy accounts you sold me. Believe me, there is no "loss of privacy" I do not want this garbage and i doubt anyone else would either.

Sorry I don't want other accounts from you seeing how the accounts you did provide to me have macro offense, which you did not clarify.

I gave you several opportunities to refund me, ive bought from you before don't see why it would of been an issue because i would of continued buying from you just provide my own accounts rather than take yours which clearly you do not care if they have macro offenses.

Accounts that have been banned for botting are FLAGGED, don't you understand?

Cool, so they are all bad accounts, why not refund? You're losing nothing, they are already bad accounts???

I don't care when they were banned for botting, it doesn't matter, the accounts are FLAGGED by Jagex.

You need to CLARIFY to your customers that the accounts have been banned for botting before.

 

I will not give used accounts to my clients excuse me, I can devour your 7.5m of 5 accounts that I will refund

Why would I want to replace flagged macro banned accounts with more flagged macro banned accounts from you.

I told you, rather than giving me accounts you've made, I'll give you accounts I've made to have the trials put on and you can keep the gold, you never replied.

Either give me the gold back, or make the accounts I've made members, it's simple.

The first account seemed fine, I didn't check offenses. The second one was permanently locked and had macro ban.

I had to register emails on the accounts on sign in so I didn't want to bother with the rest because I just wanted a refund. I didn't want to put emails on them because 1, it would lock up my emails and 2, i couldn't get a refund at that point I was just trying to be reasonable. If I had tried them all and added emails to them all I definitely couldn't get a refund. I wanted to ensure they could change the passwords on the rest of them so they can resell or w/e and they are secure/i dont have access anymore.

All the accounts would need me to register an email on them.

After I asked him to either change the passwords on the accounts he sold me, minus the 1st account that worked and I had applied my email on and give me a refund on the rest, or to put trials on 15 accounts that I made personally as I know they are good.

He refused both.

 

I'm willing to drop this if they just refund me, I don't want anything to do with the accounts they provided because I imagine it will be more of the same. If I register my emails on them then they can't change password/refund me.

 

Okay, I checked them all and changed passwords. Between 5-6 days members each, 2 were permanently banned. So he owes me a refund for 6 accounts, he has since logged off discord though so.

Not 7-days but at this point its okay.
