The agreed upon terms, which probably should've been mentioned above were originally for 6.4B RS3 gold. He agreed to pay 200m bonus for how long he was taking in delivering gold. Last night, 8/25, he agreed to sell me a red partyhat with the additional funds, which is why those funds were sent.
