Hey I'm making a phisher sort thing and I need a code for a rectangular box with a button on the end that says Redeem.

Or if anyone is interested if you make the whole page(which is barely anything) I will pay you like 3m RSGP.

It's sad enough that you aren't even willing to learn a little HTML/PHP which isn't even that hard. You're planning on using it for phishing so just leave Sythe.
