java problem

hello when i try to load up the silab webclient i get an error... it says this http://i194.photobucket.com/albums/z233/hazzapax/Pic1.jpg but i have clicked the run java popup but it still gives me that error.??

Also a little problem ive got i sometimes go on rune server and i was wondering if it waas down at the moment or why when i try to open up the site it says its fully loaded but all i got is a white screen?
