runescape not being balanced...

Look at party hats, they are dropping because no one can generate enough cash to afford them. Because of the massive inflation, we are FUCKED.

 

mexistani, this is nothing to freak out about, this stuff happens in some manner everytime there is a huge update, also even though stuff goes up, the abillity to make more money in less time presents itself, for example lets say rune plates, they have went up over 8k because the update, but now you can fish sharks and make over 300gp more per shark, so you end up making more tbh, the economy runs on supply and demand, the last thing you need to worry about is rs's items costing too much and there not being enough money (a runescape depression), as long as you work for your money, also for the guy that posted above me "teh 1337ness" be smarter than that please, party hats didn't go down because people can't afford them, they just dont sell for trade price because there not a rare that every1 wants anymore, thats why in world 2 they are sold with 3rd age added so that they will even sell, and an item that is had to be sold for cash+junk or adding rares to it to be sold means its going to go down in the ge overtime because everytime 1 is bought in the ge it will be bought for lowest, seeing as the only ones sold in ge will be the lucky people that happen to have theres bought buy someone in the ge, its just like 3rd age and animal masks, they keep raising overtime because most of them are sold in world 2 with junk for insane prices, but sometimes theres a un-experienced player that doesnt know the value of one to merchants so when they get one from a clue scroll it is sold in the ge, naturally it is sold high price because everyone has max offer in ge, that than causes it to raise the price of the item the next time the ge updates,

It’s not all bad… The economy was in a depression basically because there were way too many items in RS. PVP has made the economy better, making things more expensive, but that makes the stuff you have already more expensive… I like the update, since it makes skilling profitable again hopefully.

 

Are you kidding? This is boosting the RS economy so much. Maybe America should make some pvp worlds and help our own economy.

Food is sold, just not immediately.

This also makes godsword and whip prices rise, which in turn makes it more profitable to hit up bandos or abby demons again. Shark are skyrocketing, which makes fishing people get all warm and fuzzy inside. Lobs are rocketing so noobs get warm and fuzzy. Even herbloreists are starting to feel the warm and fuzzy. Even smithing is starting to become useful again as it has been a dead stat for like a year..

Party hats have been dropping because they are useless. Loads of people can afford them, but they aren't worth it. Why buy an item you know is dropping and won't help you when you can buy items to help you or invest that 110m into merching?

there is a possbile solution. Make a special shop for pk stuff. Prices are normal, lobs like 250ea. GE overpricing will end so and we will live happily.

 

You CAN get food drops but theyre rare.

AND, merchant are driving prices to hell.
I currently have 50K cooked lobs, 20K cooked sharks

God dangit, you guys do not get it.

A lot of you think that if i kill someone with full bandos and they didn't protect, and i get like a dds, the rest of the bandos is GONE forever..

Well it doesn't work like that, Jagex weren't stupid.

All of the items that do not show up go into a pool with all of the other items that didn't show up, and they all get dropped depending on the fight to someone else eventually, within a couple of hours, So someone does always receive the item.

 

I understand that DARKLORD . The process is slow. And fvor people thinking I'm "worrying", im not lol, i love it cuz my skiller has gotten about 2M extra per day (i anticipated this about a month ago, and made a fishing/cooking pure lol). And just for EVERYONES INFORMATION: USE A LITTLE THOUGHT AND THINK THAT SINCE WE ARE ALL(SOME) NOT LIKING PVP TO THE FULLEST, THERE ARE MANY OTHERS LIKE US, THEREFORE THE ECONOMY WOULD RISE UP AGAIN & THERE WOULD BE A MASSIVE DROP (100-300GP) IN FISHES BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE WILL GET BORED, UNLESS JAGEX COMES UP WITH A BETTER UPDATE. There are two possible solutions to economy of RS:

1.) Jagex makes an update that will actually benefit pkers and allow them to make profits so they can settle down lol. This will make more pkers satisfied, unlike now, where many pkers are trying to get "lucky" and "hit it big", therefore playing 24/7 on RS. The update would be maybe u can get items equivilent to what you are wearing. Yes, Jagex would of course find some way to fuck this up by maybe making token drops lmao that u could trade in for ur cash prize to prevent rl wrld trading.

2.) Jagex makes updates that are really bad, and pkers realize how gay pvp is, and many will give up. The economy and demand for food would lower.

I love how you take your personal theory's and post them as if they where facts, do you have proof of your statement? if they went into a so called "pool" and where now dropped across rs, that would be increasing drop rates meaning the items wouldnt be going up at all, for example rune plate is 60k, if the drops rates where increased why is it going up? why aren't the hilt drops up at bandos (yes i know a player can't get pked for his hilt but what monster supposed to drop the ags i make someone lose?) obviously you are very un-educated and take your personal opinions and try to paste them as facts hoping someone else will believe it so you can feel smart. i bet if you reply to this message it will either be a flame or you will say something ignorant because you fail.

.... no duh, please take into consideration how the G.E. works.. the price has changed since your original offer was put in so you need to update your offer, seeing as its not the max/mid price anymore also your orginal offered price is probably not even within the price range anymore.

rs shoudl sell there own gold

they make a speacial coin lets call it

blue gp

so you buy blue gp
its untradable
you can only use them on shops
get faster xp
and cheaper item but same stat bonuses and heal same foods

so make new items like blue coins , new food, new materals like when you lend an item it has a dot

another RS economy fuck-up (no offense, just my way of saying itll kinda mess with economy... major price drops, which would mean that people wouldnt make profits... especially how pvp is right now lol...)

 

i see what your saying about making profits, cause pkers are gonna be drained from this lol, but just limit urself, train or tbh you can make alot of profits if you make money skilling or other ways atm, than sell the items and a week or 2 weeks later you got money to do pvp/bh for a long time, because by than the prices would have probably (in my opinion) started to reduce back to somewhere around normal, and you would have sold the stuff for more now and buy it back for less later so you can have more fun =p
