This scam report is on behalf for my friend who doesn't use sythe.

Explanation of the trade: He sold GP to his site for Paypal
Amount scammed: $871.57 - 1900M 07 GP
How they scammed:
So my friend sold his bank on RS to StakeGP.com so he could fix his car as his car is in the garage, everything went smooth, stakegp sent the money over but as soon as it was sent my friends paypal got automatically limited and asked for a bunch of documents that he was unable to provide.

Upon this discovery, my friend decided to call up paypal and see what was going on, and paypal customer support being paypal customer support refunded the payment automatically and didn't really help at all. Obviously with his paypal being limited he doesn't want it being sent back to that paypal as it'll be trapped for 180 days so we're trying to ask either for the gold back or another payment option and he's delaying it stating that charging back a refund is possible? So I just wanted to leave this here incase he's exiting or something

It's an unfortunate situation for your friend but @StakeGP.com has the right to protect himself from a potential chargeback and investigate this. He's said he's reached out to paypal and will get a response within 24 hours, I will keep this open until then

 

I understand however surely a refund chargeback can't be possible? Maybe I'm wrong but it seems very unlikely that could ever work

 

It may or may not be possible, that's what paypal themselves will explain in the email

 

Update: Paypal customer service is now open and he's refusing to call.

Pretty sure if it was the other way round and he had $875 floating around in cyberspace it'd be a completely different scenario. Clearly no care or bother for the customer once he has got his gold on his end




We've also decided that we no longer want a payment from this person as his attitude makes us think he might scamquit later in the future and i don't want my friend chargedback, so we would just like the gold back

Upon this he gets a little nasty as he realises he isnt profiting from the gold anymore



This is actually true though. Can someone please link me to 1 thread where a scam report like this has EVER happened? if refunds were so volatile I'm pretty sure we would've known about them as they would have been popped up in scam reported so many times.

I just feel like hes finding any excuse to delay the payment while he makes a profit with the extra revenue or something. Absolute joke, my friends having to pay $60 or something for the garage to keep his car for the day




Also paying $20 to anyone who can find me a single scam report on sythe where the person has received the money , refunded it back to the buyer, then chargedback that refund lmfao

HE IS CLEARLY DELAYING THIS FOR HIS OWN PROFIT WHEN HE COULD JUST CALL PAYPAL

 

Update again he has paid my friend off in BTC, honestly wouldn't recommend his services or website though having to wait 3 days is a complete joke, especially when it's a large amount of money.
