I have been buying from bogla for years without issue until last week
I was asked to provide real life id for a debit card payment which is pretty standard now days
however bogla doesn't say anything about this its not even in their faq the only time you find out is after
you have bought gold then they ask you for id in their chat so your giving that id to some random staff member (how stupid could people be)

so I requested a refund & possibly some kind of compensation for the two week wait
after trying to get in contact with the owner (who does not reply this alone would be worth a ban on old sythe)

next issue a few hours ago I went to complain to the staff to see if they could help & was rudely given some other persons credit card number over the chat as they asked me if that was my card when I told them it wasn't they proceeded to be rude & told me to email support\

WORD TO THE WISE DONT USE BOGLAGOLD USE ONE OF THE MANY SITES THAT DO DISCLOSE THEY WILL BE NEEDING ID FOR GOLD

(my first issue just wait until your email is hacked then you are doxed for putting photos of id online)

I do not I did not feel bogla would have any reason to deny the chat logs given their reputation - I should have I actually have another account from years ago on another email I cant access so I know it is a requirement

I also think the main issue is they simply do not disclose that you will need id even for a small amount of gold

 

Having spoken with Bogla, they do have an icon that says ID verification may be required, they're also updating their FAQ to make this more prominent. They refunded you 11 days ago so any holdup is an issue with your bank, they have done what they can already.

As for the credit card number, this was in fact your card number and only the first 4/last 4 digits were provided in the chat for you to verify
