A Great Job

I think that all the Moderators / Admins / Official Moderators continue to do a great job on Sythe. Through all the troubles in their own lives, they still seem to contribute their own time to be a part of Sythe and help out all of those in need. Everyone has their own social life to take part in, and shouldn't be burdened with people's complaining of the great work they actually do.

Yet people may not see it, all the Staff from Sythe put in a tremendous amount of time overall to contribute to the Sythe, in ways Humor, Fun, Debate, Moderation, etc. I would rather like the Staff of Sythe to know that I respect how much of an effort that they set forth everyday, and the free time that they input everyday.

A lot of people are angry at what they believe the Staff do or do not do. Yes, they live in different time zones. This is why you are unable to see many of the Mods / Admins that live in Australia. When they are on is naturally irrelevant, because they always get the jobs assigned finished.

People seem to think that their are not enough Mods / Admins for Sythe, and that more should be assigned. The problem being, from my standpoint, is that their are not enough people meeting the requirements or intelligent enough to take the position of being a Mod / Admin.

This must be understood, as giving out a Mod / Admin position to someone who does not know how to use it, can damage the website that many Staff members have came to uphold. People will be upgraded in time, and soon enough the scamming existant on Sythe will not be such a frequent issue.

Use an Official Middleman, or the Middlemen offering their free services for proofs in order to apply to become an Official Middleman. All of these people contribute greatly to the website, and try to help all transactions move smoothly.

Respect the ones around you, as they are here to help you. I shall always yield a great amount of respect for the staff, as they have helped me numerous times.

Pen - I wish you would talk to me when I ask you a question, but I never get the chance I want.

Macroman - I always run into you on Sythe, but I wish I could get to know you more.

Nathan' - Although we had a rough start, I think you do a great job in your position. Keep it up!

It's not sucking up.. it's showing some respect, unlike a lot of people on this site. And it is also to try and clear up some of the issues that people keep posting on this forum everyday.

And just because I was right about someone's IP Address doesn't mean that you need to continue to attack me TJ. The ordeal is over with, and I'm glad that Rahul was able to get what he needed.

 

Why else would you make such a thing? I mean seriously.

I am not "attacking" you in any way. I like to expose people's ignorance and faults, thats all.

There are 19 pages of scam reports atm. Wtf are you talking about?

 

I'm talking about all the work that the Mods / Admins do to ensure the safest community that they may be able to uphold. It may take them some time, but they will deal with it when they can.

You know, looking at all the scam reports individually can take very long periods of time. It may involve MSN Verification, IP Similarities, among many other things.

Being a Mod / Admin is not an easy job, for they have a lot of work to do. If you have any problem with the work they do, I think you are crazy.

Not only do the Staff have to deal with the Report a Scammer Forum, but also all of the Forums that they are assigned to deal with. Their are also other rough Forums such as the Report a Spammer Forum and unfortunately, the Black Market Forum.

In my opinion, they Sythe Community is providing too much for the Staff to handle. I can ensure you, however, that all the work will be dealt with, and all of the issues shall be resolved.

Rely on the Staff at Sythe, for they are only here to help... They provide their time and service for free and ask for nothing else but your respect, if even that.
