RSgoldfast scam

So I purchased 1b RS3 from the above mentioned site, After purchase through Paypal they wanted a picture of my driving license, I was hesitant to do so however gave them a small view of the license.
They continued to asked for more info on the card which made me uncomfortable so I requested a refund.

A refund was never issued so I opened a Paypal case in which rsgoldfast falsified screenshots to show them trading between each other instead of giving me the in game gold. Because of this paypal then decided to close in the sellers favour.

After nearly a year of trying to get my gold or a refund I finally came across someone that actually spoke to me as a pose to ignoring my requests. See below with what I beleive to be a new chat representative whos actually as mortified as myself for the treatment on this case....

For anyone interested this was nearly a £120 order...

Which user on sythe are you reporting, is it @rsgoldfast? Why has this taken a year for you to come forward with and finally, you need to retake your screenshots as they aren't visible

 

I made a post after it happened however it got deleted because I put it in the wrong area. Since then I've just constantly tried their live chat in which they normally don't respond. it's only since they've replied ive decided to post this up there to help others avoid rsgoldfast.


At work ATM but IL attempt to upload them again when back.
