    I HAVE SOLD TWO OF MY ACCOUNTS THEY NOW IP BAN PEOPLE THAT SELL ACCOUNTS NEVER SELL A ACCOUNT

    He's talking about RuneScape. Jagex must have caught him with multiple accounts with multiple conversations and proof of selling the accounts he was in possession with.

    It's strange: I though Jagex didn't carry out IP bans.

    I doubt they IP ban you. I haven't been IP banned and I've sold multiple accounts.
