ToS and other information

You agree to not log into the account whilst the service is being completed (unless we come to an agreement)
You agree to change your accounts' password within 72 hours after the completion of the service.
If the account is banned whilst I am completing the service I am not to be held responsible as everything done on these accounts is done by hand unless otherwise specified and express permission received from you.

Please remove all valuable items from the account prior to the start of the service.
You can ask for screenshots of the service any time you wish.

Refunds and returns

In the event that the service is failed by myself (i.e. I level Defence) you will be issued with a full refund.
In the event that you breach the ToS (e.g. changing the accounts password while the service is still going) I reserve the right to keep what has been paid and end the service.
I am willing to perform partial refunds if you request the service be terminated before I have completed it. The percentage of money returned to you will be discussed between us but I will have the final say in how much money is returned.
