Umm...about the new update,even if you had summoning on it,it won't affect which crater you go in.

so if you a lvl 3 with 99 summoing it will show as

3+10 let's say so,and when you summon the best familiar you can,you will then be a lvl 13. but if you haven't you can enter any crater without worrying about it.
