Does any one know of any good forum makers?

I need a free forum for my server, a free one lol.
I dont one a smfforfree or a phbb, One with ranks and a home page and skins.

Most site's you can make for free have custom skins but you can easily get more skins by code.
If you want ranks, all forums have ranks you can change by colour pretty much, but I don't know exactly how you can get then like Sythe has them, example of daily's cracker head rank, I have no clue how to get that done but maybe someone else can help with that.
It's simple to get skins by just googling and when you get more experienced you can play around with custom skins and start making your own. It's simple after a while, I'm not to good with skins but I have a basic idea.

Free forums are a waste, most people don't know this but free forum makers put their Google Adsense bots on their forum servers, so they can maximize profits, also free forums come with a shitt domain fore ex.. runescapeownz.freeforummaker.com
Your best option would be to make some cash get a domain buy some hosting and get some free forums like Phpbb3 it's just as good as vB except for some little things. Hope that helps, pm me if you want to earn some cash for your domain or hosting.
