Explanation of the trade: Originally was 500m 07 for a private zulrah script, I paid this incrementally over time and I also supplied him with a few zulrah accounts valued at 70m each.

Amount scammed: 500m 07

How they scammed: Long story short, I bought a mage only zulrah script on rspeer from SirScript for 500m 07, and we had a mutual agreement that I would have access to the script and he would also be able to use the script for his own personal use. Over the following months, he secretly sold copies of the script on rspeer to other users for 500m each without telling me anything about it, or asking for my permission. He also publicly released the code of the private zulrah script on sythe following his ban on rspeer, also without asking me or letting me know. After I eventually confronted him about this, he acknowledged his wrongdoings and said that he would make it up to me, but he has since ghosted me.

Please state where i said specifically this script was for you and solely for you? Never was that the agreement please show me otherwise. I don't have to tell you who i sell my script to. This guy came in a discord yesterday and decided to personally attack me for some reason. He was messaging me less than a week ago (probably because he wanted something for free). Literally come out the woodwork now because i'm defending a previous ban in order to sabotage it.

This is the type of person you are dealing with. Never once was it promised for soley him. I went above and beyond to help him setting everything up, setting up accounts helping him fine tune the script precisely to how he wanted. And all in all it was worth way more than the price he paid (also he took months to pay for it i let him use the script for months before he actually paid anything along with the fact he paid in accounts which i overvalued greatly for him because at the time i liked the dude, so he ended up paying 150m cash and 3/4 zulrah ready accounts). I did state that i would write a zulrah script on tribot and give him access for free, but that was out of sheer goodwill and nothing else, it doesn't mean i 'owe' him anything. He's come here trying to get me banned after yesterday his rant in a well known scripters discord backfired and everyone ended up sticking up for me. I don't know why you are trying to sabotage me dude, but w/e.

Why do i need to provide this? I'm the one being accused of scamming. There were no 'terms' he just paid me for a zulrah script and that's that, like I said not once was it ever stated this was solely for him.

 

You clearly state in the photo here that its only for you two. You can't advertise something as being private and then sell it to other people after hes purchased it. Since there is no TOS that states otherwise, you'll have to refund him for the script
