How to get your SMS pins £1 cheaper.

now, im sure as most of you pin sellers know, the price of sms pins went up from £5 to £6 recently, this is due to the fact that Jagex seem to think that they arent rich enough already.

they changed the number and the text you had to send to get the pin, however they kept the old 1 running as well, therefore if you send the old text (which is RS to 82023) you will still get them for £5!

instead of the £6 that they would normally charge.

meh its only £1 but over 5 months that a whole pin youve saved!

do you know the old US one?

 

urr, im not 100% but i think its the same, you might want to try and look in your outbox on your phone if you have any old ones.

Do they pins on the old number still work? I mean I understand the number still gives PINs but will they be valid for 1 months credit?

 

I just used a PIN that I got in exchange for my Ultimate GE Merchanting Guide in May, which came from the old number.

Still works, membership is just as good as the new PINs lmao

On the topic of this, i find it weird how the other day i bought membership for my pure and it cost me £6 ( it texted me two 4 character pins ) and then today i bought members for my main account and it cost me £5 and they texted me one 8 character pin. Weird, eh?
